Dalton Hubble

Dalton Hubble is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in infrastructure and observability. Currently, Dalton serves as a Member of Technical Staff at OpenAI since May 2023 and is the Founder of Poseidon Laboratories, which focuses on open-source software for clusters and networks. Prior roles include Staff Software Engineer at Lyft, leading infrastructure for the observability organization and dev platform development, and Senior Software Engineer at CoreOS, where Dalton contributed to Kubernetes deployment and management. Dalton's career began with internships at notable companies such as Twitter and Microsoft, as well as research positions at MIT. Dalton holds an SB in Computer Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
