David Sasaki

David Sasaki currently serves as the Head of Analytics at OpenAI, a position held since November 2023, where responsibilities include the hiring of data scientists and data engineers. Prior to this role, David Sasaki was the Vice President of Data Science and Product Analytics at Meta from September 2013 to February 2023, overseeing a large Ads Data Science team comprising over 300 data scientists and previously leading the Business Platform analytics team. Earlier in his career, David Sasaki worked at Equilar as both a Product Manager and Research Manager from July 2007 to July 2012. David Sasaki holds a degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
