Davids Qin

David Qin has extensive work experience in various roles within the tech industry. Davids started their career as a data analyst at Dataminr in November 2004 and progressed to become an account manager. In June 2014, they left Dataminr and joined OpenAI as a Business Operations Engineer, where they worked closely with finance and product management to help with infrastructure capacity planning and profitability forecasting. Davids also built tools to help analyze and optimize key cost centers in their infrastructure to make their fleet more efficient. In 2018, they became a Technical Project Manager at OpenAI, where they drove joint projects with strategic partners, coordinated delivery schedules, and created useful content for partners. Davids also organized information sessions on new products and was an advocate for strategic partners. David Qin's work experience at OpenAI ended in an unknown month in 2018.

David Qin obtained a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and Science from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in the year 2000. Davids then pursued a master's degree in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from The University of Texas at Austin, which they completed in 2005.
