Deborah Im is currently the Head of Legal for APAC at OpenAI. Deborah previously served as the Chief Legal Officer at Coda and co-founded an AI-native professional services startup. Deborah was the inaugural APAC General Counsel at Stripe and Deputy Head of Legal at Meta, contributing significantly to their growth in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to these roles, Deborah worked as a corporate lawyer and international M&A lawyer, and also founded the cupcakery Love at First Bite in California. Deborah holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
