Diane Techer currently serves as the GTM | Enterprise Account Director and previously held the role of GTM | Customer Success Manager at OpenAI since October 2023. Before joining OpenAI, Diane worked at Segment from March 2019 to October 2023, where Diane was the Senior Regional Director of Customer Success and built the US West and Asia Pacific Customer Success team following Segment's acquisition by Twilio. Diane holds a Master's in Management from London Business School and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of California, Davis, among other educational credentials.
