Eric Wallace

Eric Wallace is a member of the technical staff at OpenAI, focusing on enhancing the trustworthiness, security, robustness, and privacy of large language models since November 2023. Concurrently, Eric is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley, where research involves machine learning, natural language processing, and machine learning security. Previous experience includes research internships at Google DeepMind, Meta, and the Allen Institute for Artificial Intelligence, as well as an undergraduate research assistant role at the University of Maryland and software engineering internships at Lyft and Intel Corporation. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland.
