Jason Randoing is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and consulting. Currently serving in special projects at OpenAI since November 2025, Randoing is also a member of the Operators Guild, an exclusive group for operations leaders in tech. Previously, Randoing held multiple roles at Point, culminating as Senior Director and Head of Business Operations from February 2021 to November 2025. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, where Randoing focused on B2B software, semiconductor manufacturing, ClimateTech, and the venture ecosystem from October 2018 to July 2021. Randoing holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, completed in 2018.
