Joanne Jang

Joanne Jang has worked at various companies since 2013, starting as a Congressional Intern at the U.S. House of Representatives. Joanne'smost recent position, as of December 2021, is as a Product Manager at OpenAI, where they are working on large language models. Before that, they worked at Google as a Product Manager for Google Assistant NLP, at Dropbox as a Product Manager, as a Software Engineer (contract) at Rimeto (acquired by Slack), and as a teaching assistant at Stanford University for computer science courses. Joanne also had internship positions at Apple, The Walt Disney Company, and NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
