Liang Wu

Liang Wu is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in machine learning and software development. Currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at OpenAI since October 2024, Liang previously contributed to Meta as a Staff Software Engineer in the Machine Learning team, leading projects such as NLP modeling for News Feed Smart Compose and personalized feed delivery. Prior to that role at Meta, Liang worked at Google where responsibilities included leading Google Ads Smart Campaigns and developing tools for Google Shopping. Liang began professional career development with a part-time internship at Microsoft. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Science in Computer Software and Theory and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both from Peking University.
