Lizzy X. is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including AI, human capital, and neuroscience. As the Managing & Founding Partner of Elite Access™ since November 2017, Lizzy leads an AI-driven global relationship business specializing in talent management and executive search. Currently, Lizzy serves as a Neural Circuit Researcher at Stanford University School of Medicine, applying machine learning technology to a vital research tool. In addition, Lizzy contributes expertise as an AI trainer at OpenAI and holds the position of Entrepreneur in Residence at Harvard Innovation Labs, focusing on incubating Elite Access™ USA. Previous experience includes advisory roles at Capital Access Limited and Aon Hewitt, alongside a foundational career as a Lead Analyst at Delta Partners. Lizzy is pursuing a mini PhD in Biology, Neurobiology, and Neurosciences at Harvard University and holds a Bachelor's degree from The University of Hong Kong.
