Matt Chan is a design professional with extensive experience in product design and user experience. Currently serving as a Member of Design Staff at OpenAI since November 2023, Matt specializes in ChatGPT, multimodal, and growth initiatives. Prior to OpenAI, Matt worked as a Product Designer for FigJam at Figma and held the position of Principal Product Designer for Virtual HQ at Slack, focusing on video huddles and co-working features. Experience at Quip involved designing collaboration tools, documents, and spreadsheets.
