Melissa Du is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the tech and infrastructure sectors. Currently, Melissa serves in the Compute & Infrastructure division at OpenAI, focusing on building supercomputers for advanced projects. Prior to this role, Melissa was the Director of Operations at Voltage Park, where contributions included being a founding team member and overseeing the deployment of over $1 billion in H100 GPUs for AI/ML infrastructure. Earlier, as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Eight Sleep, responsibilities included managing product initiatives like the AI Sleep Coach and special projects. Melissa co-founded Cadence, achieving six-figure annual revenue and securing $1.1 million in funding from notable investors, including Y Combinator. Previous experience also includes a role as a Product Manager at Dropbox. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a minor in History from Stanford University and was part of the Y Combinator cohort in 2020.
