Michael Schade is an experienced professional in the field of support and engineering, currently serving as the Strategic Projects Lead at OpenAI since April 2023, where efforts focus on establishing a robust support product and team for global customers. Prior to OpenAI, Michael founded Kenchi, which specializes in scaling support teams, and held key roles at Stripe, including Head of Leverage Engineering, where Michael led the development of the Leverage engineering group, and Head of Support, where Michael successfully grew the support team from 2 to 21 members.
