Michelle Kim

Michelle Kim has worked with several companies in different roles throughout their career timeline. Michelle started as a Student Events Assistant for Cornell University in 2013 and worked there until December 2015. Michelle then joined Oracle in February 2016 as a Business Development Consultant for Cloud Applications and, in March 2017, became an Application Sales Representative until November 2017. Kim then worked at Cruise, starting in November 2017, as a Recruiting Coordinator until October 2018. Michelle then took on the role of a Technical Sourcer until March 2021 and ended their time at Cruise in March 2021 as a Technical Recruiter. Kim later joined Amazon in March 2021 as a Technical Sourcing Recruiter, where they worked until September 2021. In October 2021, they joined Meta where they worked as a Technical Sourcer - Specialized Technology & Strategic Sourcing and was a part of their "Strategic Sourcing & Recruiting" team responsible for niche and hard to fill roles until they left in January 2023. Currently, Michelle is working for OpenAI as a Technical Sourcer, starting in January 2023.

Michelle Kim graduated from Cornell University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration. In the same year, they pursued a course in Project Management at Stanford Continuing Studies.
