Olga Nowicka

Olga Nowicka currently serves as the EU Policy & Partnerships Lead at OpenAI since December 2023. Prior to this role, Olga held several positions at Workday, including Senior Public Policy Manager and Public Policy Manager for EMEA, from May 2021 to December 2023. Additionally, Olga worked at the American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union (AmCham EU) as the Tech & Sustainability Issue Lead from October 2021 to December 2023. Previous experience includes roles at Microsoft as EU Policy Manager and EU Policy Coordinator from September 2016 to May 2021, a trainee position within the European Commission's DG TRADE in March 2016, and various internships at The Polish Institute of International Affairs and Burson-Marsteller. Olga's educational background includes an International Student Exchange at The University of British Columbia, a Sustainable Finance short course at the University of Cambridge, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and a Master of Arts in American Studies, both from the University of Warsaw.
