Qui Luong, MBA, has extensive experience in IT project management and infrastructure development, holding several significant roles across various companies. At Palo Alto Networks, Qui served as a Senior IT Facilities Engineer, leading global office and data center expansions while managing complex budgets and working closely with senior leadership. Previous roles include Corporate Infrastructure IT Project Manager at Airbnb and LinkedIn, and participation analyst at Sony. Qui also contributed as a Senior Health & Benefits Consulting Analyst at Mercer, where leadership and client relationship management were key responsibilities. Currently, Qui is part of the Program Staff for Office Infrastructure Builds at OpenAI and has recently worked as an IT Buildout Project Manager at TikTok. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Riverside, and a Master of Business Administration from Loma Linda University.
