Raymond Ma is a highly skilled software engineer and machine learning practitioner with a focus on code generation and synthetic data. Currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at OpenAI since May 2025, Raymond previously held similar roles at Cohere and participated as an Engineering Fellow at Kleiner Perkins. Notably, Raymond co-directed DeltaHacks, one of Canada's largest hackathons, while also gaining significant experience as a Game Software Engineer at Roblox, contributing to over 100 million user experiences.
