Raymond Ma is a highly skilled software engineer and machine learning practitioner with a focus on code generation and synthetic data. Currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at OpenAI since May 2025, Raymond previously held similar roles at Cohere and participated as an Engineering Fellow at Kleiner Perkins.
