Rick J.

Rick J. currently serves as the Research Recruiting Manager at OpenAI, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this, Rick held the role of Global Recruiting Lead at Stripe from February 2017 to July 2024, where responsibilities included building and managing a recruiting organization and partnering strategically with the Head of Financial Services. Rick's extensive experience also includes technical recruitment roles at DocuSign, Facebook, salesforce.com, and SMCI, with a focus on both engineering and product management positions.
