Rob Pulford

Rob Pulford is an experienced professional in customer success and go-to-market strategies, currently focusing on international market operations at OpenAI. With a remarkable background, Rob has held various roles at OpenAI, including positions in Large Enterprise Customer Success, where notable achievements include receiving the GTM notable achievement award and being a founding member of the Customer Success team. Prior to OpenAI, Rob worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Docker, Inc., managing strategic accounts, and held multiple leadership roles at Samsara, achieving outstanding quarterly quota performance. Rob began the career at People.ai as the first Customer Success Manager, and previously worked as a Senior Consultant at Protiviti and completed internships at PwC and Merrill Lynch.
