Robert Shala possesses extensive experience in cybersecurity and technology. From January 2017 to June 2022, Robert served as a Board Member and Chief Executive at Sentry, providing expert consultation to senior leaders and leading a global team for international penetration testing. Additionally, Robert worked as a Technical Team Lead, managing and mentoring technical personnel while engaging with clients. Currently, Robert is part of the AI Red Team at OpenAI and is a full-time graduate student at Georgetown University, pursuing a Master of Arts in Security Studies with a focus on technology and security. Robert also served as an Information Security Instructor at Cyber Academy and functioned as a Council Member for the STIKK Kosovo ICT Association.
