Rodolpho Eckhardt is an experienced engineering leader with a demonstrated history in both big tech and startup environments. They currently serve as a Privacy Engineering Leader at OpenAI and have previously held the position of Head of Engineering at Anapaya Systems. Rodolpho is also the founder of REckTech and spent over 17 years at Google as a Senior Software Engineer. They have a strong background in software engineering, large-scale design, and team leadership, and are actively involved in technical communities through conference talks and keynote speeches. Rodolpho studied at ETH Zürich in 2024.
