Ryan Greene

Ryan Greene is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in developing algorithms and products that prioritize human values and integrity in technology. Currently a Member of the Technical Staff at OpenAI since January 2022, Ryan previously contributed to Meta from January 2020 to January 2022, where efforts included enhancing the News Feed ranking algorithm, combating adversarial attacks against the authenticity platform, and securing political organization authorization during the 2020 United States presidential election. Ryan's earlier positions include internships at Meta, Advance Trading, Inc., John Deere, State Farm, and Legendary AI, along with academic roles as a tutor and research assistant at Illinois State University. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Illinois State University, earned between 2016 and 2019.
