Ryan Peterson

Ryan Peterson is an experienced recruiting professional with a diverse background in technical talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Executive Recruiting Lead and Talent Partner at OpenAI, Ryan has previously worked at Facebook in various technical recruiting roles, including positions at Facebook AI, Novi (Blockchain), and Facebook Reality Labs. Additionally, Ryan co-founded Honeybadgr and started a career as a technical sourcer at both Facebook and Google. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Washington State University.
