Sam Waudby

Sam Waudby currently holds a position in Go-to-Market at OpenAI since 2024. Prior to this role, Sam led product management initiatives at Quid from November 2016 to 2024, focusing on product leadership and AI strategy, including the development of ChatGPT capabilities and an LLM roadmap. Sam also managed global strategic accounts and customer success initiatives, driving revenue growth through deep relationships with Fortune 500 companies. Sam's early career included various roles in customer success at Quid, as well as serving as Head of Distribution and Launch at Pronto Technology Limited, which aimed to build future food infrastructure. Sam began a legal career at Herbert Smith Freehills in London and Hong Kong, specializing in commercial litigation, intellectual property, and mergers and acquisitions. Educational qualifications include an MA in Law from the University of Cambridge.
