Sandro Gianella

Sandro Gianella is currently serving as the Head of European & Middle East Policy and Partnerships at OpenAI, where Sandro leads and builds out the Policy & Partnerships function in Europe. Additionally, Sandro is an Expert at Atomico, providing counsel and support to the technology firm's portfolio. Gianella is also a Limited Partner at Common Magic, a solo GP fund investing in founders building products with community at their core. Prior to their current roles, Sandro served as the Head of EMEA Public Policy at Stripe, where Sandro developed a Global Public Policy function. With a background in international relations and political science, Gianella has also held various roles in public policy and government relations at Google, Global Affairs Canada, and other organizations.
