Sean Yang is a Computer Science student at the University of California, Berkeley, pursuing their degree from 2021 to 2025. They have served as a Teaching Assistant and Tutor for Operating Systems courses, offering support through discussion sections and exam preparation. Additionally, Sean has gained practical experience as a Software Engineer Intern at various startups, including Apero Health and Robinhood, working on projects related to patient payments and backend development. Currently, they are a Member of Technical Staff at OpenAI, beginning in August 2025. Outside of academics and work, Sean enjoys skiing, food, and matcha.
