Sherman Lo

Sherman Lo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mental health coaching, venture investment, and academic instruction. Currently serving as the Director at Sherman Lo, Sherman specializes in evidence-based mental health and performance coaching, conflict mediation, and culture facilitation for innovation and sustainability. As an investor since March 2025 with Talkspace, Sherman supports virtual mental health care, while also engaging in investments with OpenAI, Vulcan Energy Resources, and ClearVue Technologies Limited. Additionally, Sherman co-founded Soar, focusing on sustainable professional performance coaching, and holds roles as a committee member at INSEAD Alumni Association Australia and New Zealand and as a co-founder and board member at 6e Group, which enhances digital strategy for numerous international brands. Sherman is also an adjunct professor at INSEAD, teaching sustainable innovation in MBA programs, and contributes to leadership and organizational development as a partner at Integral. Academic qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD and dual undergraduate degrees in Law and Commerce from The University of Western Australia.
