Stephen Bonovich

Stephen Bonovich currently serves as the Vice President of Tax at OpenAI, having assumed the role in June 2024. Prior to this, Stephen spent 17 years at Agilent Technologies in various leadership roles, including Vice President of Global Tax, where significant transformation of the tax team and operations took place. Notable accomplishments include managing the complex spin-off of Keysight Technologies, coordinating multiple corporate functions for the formation of over 80 legal entities. Stephen's experience also spans positions at Intel Corporation and Sun Microsystems, focusing on tax planning and compliance, as well as advisory roles in mergers and acquisitions. Stephen holds an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University and a J.D. from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco.
