Steve Lee is a current member of the technical staff at OpenAI, where they have been contributing since 2023. They previously worked as a senior software engineer at Netflix from 2022 to 2023, and before that, they gained valuable experience at Google as a software engineer from 2017 to 2022. Steve also served as a teaching assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign during 2015 to 2017, and completed a software engineering internship at Akuna Capital in 2016.
