Taylor Knaack

Taylor Knaack is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and strategy. Currently a member of the recruiting staff at OpenAI since November 2024, Taylor previously served as a Senior Recruiter at Meta from February 2017 to November 2024, where stakeholder management and project management skills were developed. As a co-founder of Intent Talent from March 2023 to April 2024, Taylor focused on recruiting operations and helping start-ups address hiring challenges. Earlier experience includes a role as a Recruiter at Google from September 2013 to February 2017, where Taylor led recruiting initiatives for niche technical roles and implemented hiring programs that scaled operations. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s degree in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin.
