Tifa Chen

Tifa Chen is currently a Research Recruiting at OpenAI, focusing on AGI. Tifa previously worked at Lime as a Tech Recruiting & HR, where Tifa was the 1st Hardware Recruiter and built hardware recruiting from scratch. Prior to that, Tifa was a Talent Acquisition & Partnerships Manager at Leap.ai (now part of Facebook). Tifa has also held positions at companies such as Intellipro Group Inc and PageGroup, where Tifa worked as a Senior Consultant in Shanghai. Tifa started their career as an Intern at Corporate Banking Department in Bank of China. Tifa graduated from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 2014.
