Tyce Walters

Tyce Walters is a legal professional with extensive experience in various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Product Counsel at OpenAI since February 2024, Tyce previously worked at Stability AI as Counsel on secondment from Latham & Watkins from August 2023 to February 2024. At Latham & Watkins, Tyce was an Associate in the Connectivity, Privacy, and Information Practice Group, as well as the Copyright Group and the Supreme Court & Appellate Practice Group from October 2019 to February 2024. Prior experience includes serving as an Attorney in the Civil Appellate section of the U.S. Department of Justice from October 2015 to July 2019, and as a Judicial Law Clerk for both the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois from August 2014 to August 2015 and August 2013 to August 2014, respectively. Tyce began a career in media as an Editor and Author of the Wine Trials at Fearless Critic Media from 2009 to 2011. Tyce holds a Juris Doctor degree from Yale Law School (2013) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Yale University (2009).
