Victor Oshiro

Victor Oshiro is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in managing and scaling IT services across various global companies. Currently serving in an IT role at OpenAI since April 2025, Victor focuses on enhancing user experience and bridging cultural and technical gaps while supporting global business growth from Tokyo. Previous positions include IT Manager APAC at o9 Solutions, Inc., and Internal IT Service Delivery Manager at Sanofi, where Victor successfully managed a bilingual IT support team for 3,500 employees in Japan. With a strong foundation in IT service management, Victor's prior experience also encompasses roles at Mercari, Criteo, Hulu, Google, and FUSION GOL, showcasing extensive knowledge in support operations, hardware management, and service delivery across the APAC region. Victor holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Callao University, along with certifications from Google IT Labs and Apple Computer.
