Will Snell is a seasoned professional in business development and sales, currently serving as GTM - AU / NZ at OpenAI since February 2025. Prior to this, Will held the position of VP Sales and Partnerships, APAC at Cover Genius, leading teams in diverse sectors including travel and digital commerce. Will’s extensive experience includes a notable tenure at Google, where roles ranged from Head of Business Development & Ecosystem Partnerships for Australia and New Zealand to overseeing the launch and growth of GPay in the DACH region. Earlier experience includes enterprise sales at PayPal and establishing omni-channel operations at American Apparel in Australia and New Zealand. Will holds a Master of International Business and a Master of Commerce with a focus on Strategic Management from the University of Sydney, complemented by an exchange program at the University of Mannheim.
