Willow Primack

Willow Primack is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and research, currently serving as a Member of Program Staff - Research at OpenAI since July 2025. Previous roles include Vice President of Prompt Engineering and Technical Operations at Scale AI, where responsibilities encompassed leading a 150-member global team, enhancing operations software systems, and pioneering advanced AI usage methodologies. Prior to Scale AI, Willow held various leadership positions at Amazon, including Supply Chain Director, where efforts led to a significant increase in package delivery efficiency. Military experience as a Battalion Logistics Officer and other roles with the U.S. Army provided foundational leadership and logistical expertise. Willow holds a Master of Science and a Master of Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
