Yan Pu

Yan Pu is a seasoned professional in sales strategy and operations, currently serving as the Head of Global GTM Operations at OpenAI since March 2025. Prior to this role, Yan held the position of Head of Sales Strategy and Operations for the Americas at Stripe from May 2023 to March 2025. Between August 2019 and May 2023, Yan was Vice President of Sales Strategy and Operations at Salesforce, leading the sales strategy team for the North America Sales organization. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Director and Director of Sales Strategy and Operations at Zenefits, and Manager of Sales Strategy and Operations at Health Catalyst, where Yan was involved in sales operations analytics and strategic accounts.
