Yubo Yubo is a seasoned accounting professional currently serving as the Director of Accounting for Special Projects at OpenAI since May 2024. Previously, Yubo held various roles at Deloitte from September 2018 to April 2024, including Senior Manager and Manager in the National Office Accounting & Reporting Services, specializing in revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, and financial presentation across multiple industries. Yubo contributed to the drafting of major accounting roadmaps and served as a Technology Fellow within Deloitte's Technology Industry Professional Practice Development group. Yubo began the career journey at Deloitte Canada as a Staff Accountant Co-op and also interned at Aviva Canada, gaining experience in audit, assurance, and financial operations. Yubo holds a Master of Accounting (MAcc) and a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Waterloo.
