We build retractable solutions that fit clients' unique design requirements.

OpenAire is the world’s premier designer, manufacturer and installer of custom retractable roof structures and skylights. OpenAire structures are found in distinctive venues across the globe including aquatic facilities and community centres, water parks, shopping centres, restaurants, hotels and luxurious residential homes.

OpenAire's standard motorized retractable roof panels can open up to 50% of the entire roof area and exclusive custom designs can open 100%. OpenAire facilities give visitors a fresh air experience on beautiful, sunny days, and enclosed environments on days of inclement weather. The owners of OpenAire buildings benefit from maintenance free thermally broken aluminum frames that withstand chlorine, year-round usage, reduced energy / HVAC and lower life cycle costs.

OpenAire’s design experts work with developers, owners, architects and engineers to bring unique building visions to life from initial design to installation. The company has over 1,000 projects throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Russia and the Middle East.
