Scott Moore

As the face of OpenArc’s brand and hiring team, Scott is a leader that wears many different hats. In the role of Director of Recruiting, Scott manages all aspects of the company’s Recruiting Life Cycle, including managing a team of recruiters, account managers and he’s responsible for moving the company forward. Scott’s experience is unique in that he was the second employee of OpenArc, starting as a recruiter and moving through the ranks quickly with his witty personality and uncanny ability to source and evaluate candidates. After his time in the Army, Scott graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Psychology.
