Ashish N.'s work experience begins in 1999 as a Lead at FlexEx Technologies. Ashish then worked as a Sr. Technical Architect at Ruksun Software in 2005 before moving to Synechron, where they served as a Manager from 2005 to 2007. Ashish then joined Markel Insurance as an Enterprise Architect in 2008 and stayed until 2014. Following that, they returned to Synechron in 2007 and held various positions, including Manager, Senior Manager, Director - Software, and Senior Director (InsurTech) until 2019. In 2019, Ashish founded a Stealth Startup and served as the Founder until 2020. In the same year, they became the CEO & Co-founder and the Chief Technology Officer & Chief Information Security Officer at OpenBots. So far, Ashish N.'s work experience has primarily been in the technology and insurance sectors.

Ashish N. completed their Mastering Innovation and Design Thinking degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2018. Prior to that, in 2008, they obtained an MBA in Finance from ITM Kharghar. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in June 2012.
