Michael Schafer

Michael Schafer is an experienced design and operations professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Principal at openbox9 since November 2000, Michael has previously held roles such as East Operations Manager and Creative Director at Trinet Internet Solutions, where responsibilities included art direction and fundraising strategy for non-profit clients. Additionally, Michael worked as Operations Manager and Creative Director at Silas Partners and as New Media Director at Supon Design Group, an international branding and web design firm. Early career positions include Sr. Designer at Indigo Group Ominmedia and Ad Designer at Fort Wayne Newspapers. Michael holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Ball State University, coupled with earlier education at Rowan University.
