Openbuilt is a connectivity platform that allows all actors across the built environment  to exchange data and services via a secure API integration layer. It provides low code development tools to enable business to automate their processes. This helps to streamline delivery, develop new business models and maximise the value of built assets without the need for complex, bespoke software development.

The OpenBuilt platform is provided by an independent limited company which is owned and governed by industry actors. To date, the European Distributors & Industry Network (EDIN), CEMEX, AS Backe, and Sol Services and Element Materials Technology are among the founding members.

OpenBuilt’s founding members comprise a diverse selection of companies from the built environment representing different sectors, sizes and disciplines to guide the development of the platform for the benefit of the whole industry.
