Ella White has a diverse background in UX and service design, beginning as a UX Designer at Haymarket Media Group from December 2017 to January 2021. Ella progressed to a Junior UX Designer role before moving to Infinity Works, where responsibilities included Service Design Consultant and Senior Service Design Consultant from January 2021 to April 2022. Subsequently, Ella joined Marks and Spencer as a Senior Service Designer from January 2023 to January 2024 and later transitioned to the BBC as a Senior Service Designer from July 2024 to October 2025. Ella's earlier experience at BBC between May 2018 and January 2021 involved UX Design in Systems and Service Design. Currently, Ella serves as a Service Design Consultant at Opencast | B Corp™ since September 2025.
