Emma also worked as a Resource Planner at Deloitte UK, assuring optimal resource placement across audit engagement teams. Their career began at William Hill as a Deputy Manager and Fraud Checker, where they developed strong customer service and analytical skills. Emma earned a BA Honours in Media and Communications from Glasgow Caledonian University.
