Ian Waugh

Ian Waugh is an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in Content Design, with a strong focus on digital transformation and user-centered design across various government projects at HMRC, including pensions transformation and business tax implementation. With a background in content strategy and management from roles at EY Seren, ORM, and Engine, Ian has successfully led content initiatives for major clients, including the Department for Work and Pensions and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. Ian holds a BSc in Computer Science with Information Systems from Durham University and an MSc in Multimedia Applications from Teesside University.
