Jill Evans

Jill Evans is an experienced User Researcher currently working at Opencast Software since November 2021. Prior to this role, Jill served as a User Researcher at SPARCK and as a Senior User Researcher at Coventry University Enterprises Ltd, where involvement in user research delivery within a large EU-funded business support programme aimed at assisting SMEs was highlighted. Previous positions include Research Fellow at the Institute of Digital Healthcare, Warwick University, where Jill led a complex data scoping study, and Senior Research Assistant at the Health Design Technology Institute, Coventry University, focusing on assistive technology and inclusive design. Jill's early career featured a Research Assistant role at the Centre for Health and Social Care Improvement, with responsibilities including data collection and analysis. Jill holds an MRes in Psychological Research Methods and a BSc (Hons) in Human Psychology, both from Aston University.
