Jodie Stanley

Jodie Stanley is a Senior Service Design Consultant with extensive experience in service design and user research. Currently employed at Opencast as a Service Designer since March 2024, Jodie previously served as a Senior Service Design Consultant at Hyphen8 from May 2021 to January 2024. Prior roles include Senior User Researcher at Citizens Advice, Service Design Lead at the London Borough of Waltham Forest, and Public Engagement & Insight Officer at the Care Quality Commission. Jodie's career began as a customer insight officer at Hestia Housing and Support, where responsibilities included gathering insights for service improvement. Jodie holds a degree in Criminology and Sociology from Royal Holloway, University of London, alongside A Levels in Maths, English, and Sociology from Woodhouse College.
