Laurel Gattenby

Laurel Gattenby is a Senior Interaction Designer at Opencast since October 2022, with a strong background in UI and interaction design. Previous roles include UI and Interaction Designer at NHS Education for Scotland from February 2020 to June 2022, where responsibilities involved gathering user requirements through co-design processes. Laurel served as Chief Designer and Project Manager at Page Lizard between October 2018 and February 2020, focusing on user interface design and product management. Prior experience includes UI/UX design at Dogfish Mobile Ltd, graphic design at Rivalart, and various roles during internships, showcasing expertise in both design and project management across multiple software platforms. Laurel holds a Computer Arts (Hons) degree in Digital Arts from Abertay University and has engaged in additional academic pursuits at the University of Central Missouri.
