Linda Patterson

Linda Patterson is a Senior Consultant in Agile Delivery Management at Opencast since January 2023. Previously, Linda held multiple roles at NHS Business Services Authority from January 2011 to January 2023, including Lead Digital Delivery Manager and Programme Manager, where responsibilities included the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics for Enterprise Primary Care. As a Senior Project Manager, Linda managed significant projects such as the HR Shared Services Transformation Programme and eRecruitment replacement. Early career roles included Project, Resource and Implementation Manager, Operations Manager, and Team Manager, where Linda contributed to various IT and change management initiatives, including server capacity upgrades and disaster recovery. Education was completed at West Denton High School from 2004 to 2009.
