Lucy O'Donnell currently serves as the Head of People Operations at Opencast | B Corp™, starting in November 2024. Prior to this role, Lucy held various positions at Nearform from May 2021 to October 2024, including Global People & Talent Ops Manager, Senior People Partner, and People Partner. Lucy's experience also includes serving as a Senior HR Advisor at Shiseido from July 2019 to May 2021, and as a People Advisor and People Assistant at Oasis Fashion between January 2016 and June 2019. Earlier career roles include HR Trainee at EY, Administrative Assistant at Canadian Dealer Lease Services Inc, and Cashier at Office Shoes. Lucy holds an Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management (Level 5) from CIPD and a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from the University of Nottingham.
